By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Streaming Vault provides custom stream graphics, overlay packs, alert designs, and related digital products for content creators. All services are delivered digitally. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Custom design work is bespoke and produced to your specifications. Premade packs are sold as-is and displayed accurately on our product pages.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before work begins on any custom order. For premade packs, payment is processed at the time of purchase.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect of fraud.

Estimated delivery times are provided at the point of purchase and are given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. All files are delivered digitally via a download link or file transfer service.

Custom orders include a set number of revision rounds as specified in your order details. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered graphics for your personal streaming and content creation activities. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of the original design files.

Streaming Vault retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the start of your project.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been delivered. For custom orders, a partial refund may be considered if work has not yet commenced — contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If a delivered product contains a technical defect that makes it unusable, we will fix it at no charge. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference once a design has been approved for production.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or in connection with content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streaming Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
